SMS Communication Consent
VelosLuxe provides AI-powered communication services for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. This page explains how we collect consent before sending SMS messages, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out at any time.
How We Collect Consent
VelosLuxe only sends SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. Consent is collected through the following methods before any messages are sent:
- Online booking forms — When clients book an appointment through a VelosLuxe-powered med spa website, they check an explicit SMS consent checkbox before submitting. This checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the client.
- Digital intake forms — New clients complete intake forms that include a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox with clear disclosure language.
- In-person consent — When clients provide their phone number at the front desk, SMS consent language is displayed and verbal consent is recorded.
- Phone calls — During calls with the med spa's staff or AI receptionist, verbal consent is obtained and recorded before any SMS messages are sent.
SMS consent is always voluntary. Opting in to text messages is never required to book an appointment, receive services, or make a purchase.
Types of Messages
VelosLuxe sends the following types of SMS messages on behalf of our partner medical spas:
- Appointment confirmations — Sent immediately after booking to confirm date, time, and location.
- Appointment reminders — Sent at 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
- Post-visit follow-ups — Sent after your appointment to check on your experience and provide aftercare information.
- Review requests — A single message inviting you to share feedback about your visit.
- Reactivation messages — If you haven't visited in 60+ days, a message inviting you to rebook (sent no more than once per month).
Message Frequency & Rates
Frequency
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Typically 2–6 messages per appointment cycle. No more than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Your Privacy & Data Protection
We do not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise provide your opt-in consent, phone number, or any mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described on this page.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS services are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
